高职高专《农产品质量安全检测技术》课程教学改革

摘要 随着食品安全检测技术的迅猛发展和国家标准、食品行业检测标准的不断更新,《农产品质量安全检测技术》课程涉及新的仪器设备和新的检测技术不断更迭,本文将结合绿色食品生产技术专业定位,围绕地方产业,以思政引领,构建以职业能力与地方产业相结合的课程体系。紧盯地方产业刺梨、猕猴桃、茶叶“凉都三宝”,对课程进行内容模块重组,开展了样品采集、样品接收、检测、仪器设备维护4个项目化教学及职业能力提升的课程教育教学改革。 With the rapid development of food safety testing technology and the continuous updating of national standards and food industry testing standards, the course of Quality and Safety Testing Technology of Agricultural Products involves the continuous change of new instruments and equipment and new testing technology. The professional positioning of green food production technology was combined, local industries was focused on and ideological and political was taken as guidance, a curriculum system combining professional ability with local industry was built. Focusing on the “three treasures of the cool capital” of local industries such as Rosa roxburghii, kiwi and tea, the content module of the course was reorganized, and the curriculum education and teaching reform on four project-based teaching and professional ability improvement were carried out form the aspects of sample collection, sample reception, testing, instrument and equipment maintenance.
