In recent years, food safety issues have become a hot issue that people pay attention to. Establishing a sound food quality and safety management system has become an inevitable choice to ensure people’s livelihood.Integrating risk thinking into this system and carrying out corresponding food safety risk analysis is to ensure food quality and safety. This paper analyzes and expounds the significance of using risk thinking in food quality and safety management system and the current situation of food quality and safety management, and puts forward specific measures for applying risk thinking in the food quality and safety management system, hoping to provide some reference for the application of risk thinking in the food quality and safety management system.
