风险思维在食品质量安全管理体系中的运用

摘要 近年来,食品安全问题成为人们关注的热点问题,建立健全的食品质量安全管理体系已成为保障民生的必然选择,在此体系中融入风险思维,开展相应的食品安全风险分析,是确保食品质量安全性的一项重要举措。本文从食品质量安全管理体系中运用风险思维的意义、食品质量安全管理现状等方面进行分析阐述,在此基础上提出食品质量安全管理体系中运用风险思维的具体措施,希望为风险思维在食品质量安全管理体系中的运用提供一定参考。 In recent years, food safety issues have become a hot issue that people pay attention to. Establishing a sound food quality and safety management system has become an inevitable choice to ensure people’s livelihood.Integrating risk thinking into this system and carrying out corresponding food safety risk analysis is to ensure food quality and safety. This paper analyzes and expounds the significance of using risk thinking in food quality and safety management system and the current situation of food quality and safety management, and puts forward specific measures for applying risk thinking in the food quality and safety management system, hoping to provide some reference for the application of risk thinking in the food quality and safety management system.
