餐饮服务许可现场核查的常见问题与应对措施

摘要 近年来,餐饮行业食品安全问题频繁发生,社会对此愈发关注,这对餐饮服务行业许可现场审查工作提出较高要求。本文先分析餐饮服务许可现场的核查要点,指出实际核查中存在的常见问题,进而依据问题提出相应解决对策,以期为相关行业人员提供参考。 In recent years, food safety problems frequently occur in the catering industry, the community has become more concerned about this, which puts forward higher requirements for the licensing on-site review of the catering service industry. This paper first analyzes the key points of the spot verification of food and beverage service license, points out the common problems in the actual verification, and then puts forward the corresponding solutions according to the problems, in order to provide reference for the relevant industry personnel.
