In recent years, food safety problems frequently occur in the catering industry, the community has become more concerned about this, which puts forward higher requirements for the licensing on-site review of the catering service industry. This paper first analyzes the key points of the spot verification of food and beverage service license, points out the common problems in the actual verification, and then puts forward the corresponding solutions according to the problems, in order to provide reference for the relevant industry personnel.
