摘要 当前社会环境下,人们的生活水平日益提升,物质生活条件得到了很大改善,日常生活中的食品种类不断变化、日益丰富,随之而来的食品安全问题也成为了人们关注的焦点。为保障人们的饮食安全,必须要加强对于食品等产品生产加工过程的质量安全管理,减少食品安全隐患的出现。基于此,本文对食品加工生产质量安全控制的意义进行阐述,介绍了食品质量安全现状,分析了影响食品质量安全的相关因素,并结合实际情况给出相应的有效策略。 In the current social environment, people’s living standards are improving day by day, material living conditions have been greatly improved, the variety of food in daily life is constantly changing, increasingly rich,and the ensuing food safety issues have also become the focus of attention of people. In order to ensure people’s food safety, it is necessary to strengthen the quality and safety management of food and beverage production and processing process to reduce the occurrence of food safety hazards. Based on this, this paper has done relevant research, first elaborated the significance of doing a good job in food processing production quality and safety control,and then introduced the status quo of food quality and safety, analyzed the relevant factors affecting food quality and safety, and finally combined with the actual situation to explore effective strategies for food processing production quality and safety.
