基于食品安全指数法和危害物风险系数法评估X市农贸市场韭菜农药残留

Evaluation of Pesticide Residues in Chives in X Farmers’Market Based on Food Safety Index Method and Hazard Risk Coefficient Method

摘要 本文以X市某农产品市场当中的韭菜为研究对象,采用食品安全指数法和危害物风险系数法对该农贸市场当中的韭菜农药残留风险进行了评估。结果显示,120个韭菜样品中检测出了117个样品存在农药残留问题,涉及的各种农药共计12种,主要包括腐霉剂、甲拌磷、毒死蜱和克百威等。从不同的检测时间来看,7—8月的农药残留检出率和超标率相比一年中的其他月份较低,露地栽培的韭菜农药检出率低于设施栽培。整体危害程度为0.046,腐霉利、甲拌磷、毒死蜱、克百威、二甲戊灵和氯氟氰菊酯6种残留农药的R值均>2.5,处于高风险的水平上,啶虫脒、氯氰菊酯、吡虫啉和噻虫嗪4种农药的R值<0.15,处于低风险的水平上。 In this paper,the leek in an agricultural market in X city as the research object,using the food safety index method and hazard risk coefficient method,the farmer’s market in the leek pesticide residue risk assessment.The results showed that 117 out of 120 leek samples were detected to have pesticide residues,which involved a total of 12 kinds of pesticides,including humus agent,methyl-mixed phosphorus,chlorpyrifos and corbudweiser,etc.From the perspective of different detection time,the detection rate and over standard rate of pesticide residues from july to august were lower than that in other months of the year,and the detection rate of pesticide residues in open field cultivation was lower than that in facility cultivation.The overall harm degree was 0.046,and the R values of 6residual pesticides including humus,methophora,chlorpyrifos,carboxil,dimevaline and cyhalothrin were all>2.5,which was at the high risk level.The R values of 4 pesticides including dimethamidine,cypermethrin,imidacloprid and thiamethoxam were<0.15,which was at the low risk level.
