摘要
目的:建立液相色谱法测定大米、玉米中3种维生素E(α、β、δ生育酚)的含量。方法:大米和玉米经皂化、微萃取、浓缩预处理后进行测定。实验采用Shim-pack XR-ODS III色谱柱,以甲醇/水作为流动相等度洗脱,荧光检测器检测。结果:方法的相关系数R均大于0.999;δ、β、α生育酚检出限分别为0.027 mg·L^(-1)、0.016 mg·L^(-1)、0.042 mg·L^(-1);定量限分别为0.09 mg·L^(-1)、0.05 mg·L^(-1)、0.12 mg·L^(-1);各组分相对标准偏差RSD均≤7.80%。结论:该方法操作简便、稳定、准确度灵敏度高,适用于食用大米和玉米中3种维生素E的总量测定。
Objective:To establish a rapid and simple liquid chromatography method for the determination of three kinds of vitamin E(α,β,δtocopherol)in rice and maize.Method:Rice and maize were pretreated by saponification,microextraction and concentration.The experiment was performed on a Shim-pack XR-ODS III column with methanol/water as flow equality elution and detected by a fluorescence detector.Result:The correlation coefficients R were all greater than 0.999.The detection limits ofδ,βandαtocopherol were 0.027 mg·L^(-1),0.016 mg·L^(-1)and 0.042 mg·L^(-1),respectively.The limits of quantification were 0.09 mg·L^(-1),0.05 mg·L^(-1)and 0.12 mg·L^(-1),respectively.The relative standard deviation RSD of each component was≤7.80%.Conclusion:The method is simple,stable,accurate and sensitive,and is suitable for the total determination of three kinds of vitamin E in edible rice and maize.
