本文概述了嘉宝果种植和产业发展规模,介绍了嘉宝果的营养成分,论述了鲜果的保鲜方式,并详述了气调保鲜的作用及效果,为我国嘉宝果在鲜果保鲜领域的综合开发利用提供了思路。
This paper summarizes the cultivation and industrial development scale of Myrciaria cauliflora,introduces the nutritive composition of Myrciaria caulifora, discusses the fresh-keeping methods of fresh fruit, and expounds in detail the function and effect of modified atmosphere fresh-keeping, which provides a thought for the comprehensive development and utilization of the Myrciaria caulifora in the field of fresh fruit preservation.
