摘要
当前涡旋压缩机的涡旋齿通常采用圆渐开线的对称型线,存在吸气过热、低绝热效率、难以提高压缩比等问题。针对这些问题采用非对称圆弧齿端修正的设计,解决了对称圆弧修正中的不足,更好地兼顾内容积比和齿端强度。通过理论计算,该设计缩小了两工作腔内容积比之差,减少排气的气流脉动;同时运用CAE仿真分析在气体温度及压力载荷共同作用下,非对称型线设计的涡旋齿端的应力与变形最大值减小。最后实验证实了非对称型线齿端修正能够降低功耗、提升压缩机的性能与可靠性。
The scroll teeth of current scroll compressors generally adopt a symmetrical profile of a circular involute,which has the problems of overheating of the suction,low adiabatic efficiency,and difficulty in improving the compression ratio.The design of asymmetric arc correction is adopted,which solves the shortcomings of symmetric arc correction and better considers the inner product ratio and the tooth end strength.Through theoretical calculations,the design reduces the difference between the internal volume ratio of the two working chambers and reduces the pulsation of the airflow of the exhaust gas.CAE simulation is used to analyze the stress of the spiral tooth end of the asymmetric profile design under the combined effect of gas temperature and pressure load.And the maximum deformation is reduced.Finally,experiments have confirmed that asymmetric wire tooth end correction can reduce power consumption and improve compressor performance and reliability.
