某型飞机RAT舱门空间四连杆机构设计与优化

摘要 空间四连杆机构是一种常用的空间紧凑、可靠性高的运动机构。针对某型飞机RAT舱门收放机构的设计要求,通过在空间坐标系中求解直角三角形的方法,以空间四连杆机构各个杆长以及两个运动平面之间夹角为设计变量,建立了机构从动杆位置角的解析表达式。然后以此为基础研究了空间四连杆机构死点位置、极限位置等特性参数的求解方法。最后针对RAT舱门的设计需求,建立了数学优化模型,并基于遗传算法编写了优化设计程序。通过该方法实现了空间四连杆机构的快速分析及优化,具有较高的工程参考价值。 Spatial four-bar mechanism is a typical mechanism with a compact space usage and a high reliability. First,the input-output angle relation which takes the length of each bar、the angle between the active arm and the driven arm as design variables of the mechanism was established by solving the right triangles in the spatial coordinate system. On the basis above,methods of solving the characteristic parameters such as“center”point and limiting position was studied. Finally,a mathematical optimization model according to the design requirements of a RAT door was established,and an optimization program based on genetic algorithm was developed. This method is of high reference value for quick analysis and optimization of spatial four-bar mechanism.
