碳纤维表面电镀铜改性工艺方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对碳纤维增强金属基复合材料增材制造过程中,由于纤维与金属基体间的结合强度较差,从而影响复合材料物理性能的问题,开展碳纤维表面改性工艺研究。首先采用高温煅烧的方法,对碳纤维进行表面有机胶膜去除和氧化处理,然后将处理后的碳纤维置入电镀溶液中进行表面镀铜,并采用计算碳纤维质量损失率和SEM观察的方法,对改性处理结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:通过合理调控煅烧温度、煅烧时间、电镀电压,可以有效去除碳纤维表面的有机胶膜,增强纤维表面活性,并在纤维表面形成连续且均匀的铜镀层,为复合材料增材制造过程中碳纤维与金属基体间的有效结合提供研究基础。 In the additive manufacturing process of carbon fiber reinforced metal matrix composite,the poor bonding between carbon fiber and metal always affect the physical properties of the composite material.The surface modification process of the carbon fibers was studied to solve this problem.First,the carbon fibers were calcined to remove the organic film on the surface,and its surface was oxidation treated.Then the carbon fibers were placed in a plating solution for surface copper plating.The results are compared and analyzed by calculating the mass loss rate of the carbon fibers and using SEM.The results show that by rationally controlling the calcination temperature,calcination time and plating voltage,the organic film on the carbon fibers surface can be effectively removed,the surface activity of carbon fibers can be enhanced,and a continuous and uniform copper plating layer can be formed on the fiber surface.This study could be a research foundation for the effective bonding between carbon fiber and metal in the additive manufacturing process of composite.
