提高动叶可调轴流风机液压缸运行可靠性的措施

摘要 轴流风机中的流体一般都是围绕着风机的轴向运动的,由于离心风机自身所具备的技术优势,使其被广泛应用于工厂的通风系统中。随着工厂生产技术的不断进步与发展,原有的离心机已经逐渐被轴流风机所替代,成为当前工厂通风系统中的重要组成部分。文中对提高动叶可调轴流风机液压缸的运行可靠性措施进行了分析与研究。 With the development of economy and the advancement of science and technology,the development of my country's industrial field has also come to a new height.As we all know,the fluid in the axial fan generally moves around the axial direction of the fan.Due to the technical advantages of the centrifugal fan itself,it is widely used in the ventilation system of the factory.However,with the continuous progress and development of the current factory production technology,the original centrifuge has been gradually replaced by the axial flow fan,which has become an important part of the current factory ventilation system.Based on this,this paper will analyze and study the measures to improve the operational reliability of the hydraulic cylinder of the adjustable blade axial flow fan.
