摩擦轮替代齿轮结构传动在千分表的应用

摘要 千分表以齿轮传动为基本原理,表盘上每小格表示0.001 mm,作为一种万能长度测量工具,主要被应用于零件的内孔、深孔直径及其形状精度的测量或检验。尽管齿轮传动装置有着较高的传动精度和较为广泛的适用范围,但在运转过程中会产生一定的振动、冲击和噪声,且有着较高的制造和安装精度要求。为避免齿轮传动应用缺陷,提出选用摩擦轮来替代齿轮结构传动在千分表中的应用,并对其在精密测量中的可行性进行论证。结果证明:摩擦轮通常被应用于传动精确不高的地方,但其在千分表中想要替代齿轮传动可以通过摩擦轮廓形优化及安装姿态调整的方式来保证精密度,且在安装过程中,工艺简单,无明显空转现象产生。 The dial indicator is based on gear transmission,and each cell on the dial indicates 0.001 mm.As a universal length measuring tool,it is mainly used to measure or check the diameter of inner hole and deep hole of parts and their shape accuracy.However,although the gear transmission device has high transmission accuracy and wide application range,it will produce certain vibration,impact and noise in the process of operation,and has high requirements for manufacturing and installation accuracy.In order to effectively avoid the application defects of gear transmission,this paper puts forward the application of friction wheel instead of gear structure transmission in dial indicator,and demonstrates its feasibility in precision measurement.The results show that the friction wheel is usually used in places where the transmission accuracy is not high.However,if it wants to replace gear transmission in dial indicator,the precision can be ensured by optimizing the friction profile and adjusting the installation posture.Moreover,the process is simple and there is no obvious idling phenomenon in the installation process.
