试验仪表系统在DCS实现的可行性分析

摘要 工业领域中,有部分系统因其本身的特殊功能和性能需求,要求采取相应的独立控制系统,比较常见的就是试验仪表(KME)系统。而随着科技技术的创新进步,信息化、数字化、自动化技术得以迅猛发展,DCS随之出现,并迅速获得广泛运用。该系统可实现各类控制需求,具备良好的维护手段及监测信息效果,因此在工业领域中,能够充分满足一系列的应用场景。因此,为了能够不断优化工厂控制系统的设置,全面提高工厂运行的数字化、信息化水平,探究了试验仪表(KME)系统在DCS实现的可行性,并由此提出基于DCS控制的试验仪表(KME)系统运行管理建议。 Usually in the field of industrial factories,some systems require corresponding independent control systems due to their own special functions and performance requirements.The more common one is the test instrument(KME)system.Following the innovation and progress of science and technology,the rapid development of informatization,digitization and automation technology,the DCS system appeared and was quickly widely used.This system can meet various control requirements and has good maintenance methods and monitoring information effects.,so in the industrial field,it can fully meet a series of application scenarios.Therefore,in order to continuously optimize the settings of the industrial factory control system and comprehensively improve the digitalization and informatization level of factory operation,the feasibility of implementing the test instrumentation(KME)system in DCS was explored,and a test instrument based on DCS control was proposed.(KME)system operation management recommendations.
