锌焙烧矿计量输送设备全密封式改进

Improvement of fully sealed metering and conveying equipment for zinc roasting ore

锌冶炼分厂浸出厂房内扬尘大,严重危害员工身体健康,为“消灭”扬尘,确保输送设备全密封效果,制定出一套行之有效的全密封式锌焙烧矿计量输送设备改进方案。首先,结合项目背景,采用现场调查的方式,分析现有输送设备全密封性能低下的原因,并制定出改进该设备全密封的方案。其次,从加强操作人员规范化作业水平、推进设备日清日检工作、提高机械设备密封的可靠性三个方面入手,为实现该输送设备全密封式的科学化改进提供可行方向。结果表明:本文所提出的全密封式输送设备改进方案具有较高的可靠性和可行性,有效地提高了整个输送设备的密封效果,符合现场应用需求。希望通过这次研究,为相关人员提供有效的借鉴和参考。

There is a large amount of dust in the leaching plant of the zinc smelting branch,which seriously endangers the health of employees.In order to "eliminate" the dust and ensure the full sealing effect of the conveying equipment,a set of effective improvement plan for the fully sealed metering and conveying equipment of zinc roasted ore has been formulated.First of all,combined with the project background,the reasons for the low sealing performance of the existing conveying equipment are analyzed by means of on-site investigation,and a scheme to improve the sealing performance of the equipment is formulated.Secondly,from the three aspects of strengthening the standardized operation level of operators,promoting the daily cleaning and inspection of equipment,and improving the reliability of mechanical equipment seals,it provides a feasible direction for the scientific improvement of the fully sealed conveying equipment.The results show that the improved scheme of fully sealed conveying equipment proposed in this paper has high reliability and feasibility,effectively improves the sealing effect of the whole conveying equipment,and meets the needs of field application.It is hoped that this study will provide effective reference for relevant personnel.
