黄土坡铜锌多金属硫化矿浮选分离试验研究与工业实践

摘要 黄土坡铜锌矿含Cu 1.38%、Zn 3.17%,属易选难分离铜锌多金属硫化矿石。在详细的现场考查、矿石性质研究、实验室小型试验基础上,通过回水的合理化处置、高效浮选药剂的应用等多项技术措施,实现了铜、锌的有效浮选分离,获得了较好的工业应用指标:铜精矿铜品位23.69%,含锌6.37%,铜回收率为86.37%;锌精矿锌品位48.27%,含铜0.98%,锌回收率83.68%,锌回收率提高了7.24%。 Copper-zinc ore contains 1.38% Cu and 3.17% Zn in Huangtupo,which is a copper-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore that is easy to separate and difficult to separate.On the basis of detailed field investigations,ore properties studies,and small-scale laboratory tests,the effective flotation separation of copper and zinc was realized through the rational disposal of backwater and the application of efficient flotation agents,and a good industrial application index has been obtained:copper concentrate grade 23.69%,zinc 6.37%,copper recovery rate is 86.37%;Zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 48.27%,copper content of 0.98%,zinc recovery of 83.68%,zinc recovery increased by 7.24%.
