摘要
在矿产开采过程中,对矿物进行的成分分析是一项重要的工作,主要包括矿物采样、矿物制样、化验分析3个过程,每个过程均有多种方法,需要根据实际矿物样品及实验条件选择合适的方法。其中,矿物制样、化验分析是最重要的环节,化验分析包括定量分析、定性分析等多种方法,对应于不同的矿物化验要求。本文围绕着矿物制样、化验分析两个重要环节,对相应的操作流程、基本原理及方法进行了总结分析,阐明了各种方法的使用范围与优缺点,指出矿物制样、化验分析受限于矿物采样和实验环境条件,在原理方面也依赖于物理化学等学科的进一步发展,以期实现理论突破和出现更多更先进的实验方法。
In the process of mineral exploitation,the composition analysis of minerals is an important work,which mainly includes three processes:mineral sampling,mineral sample preparation,and chemical analysis.Each process has a variety of methods,and appropriate methods need to be selected according to the actual mineral samples and experimental conditions.Among them,mineral sample preparation and chemical analysis are the most important links.Chemical analysis includes quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis and other methods,which correspond to different mineral test requirements.Focusing on the two important links of mineral sample preparation and chemical analysis,this paper summarizes and analyzes the corresponding operating processes,basic principles and methods,clarifies the scope of use,advantages and disadvantages of various methods,and points out that mineral sample preparation and chemical analysis are limited by mineral sampling and experimental environmental conditions,and also rely on the further development of physical chemistry and other disciplines in principle,in order to achieve theoretical breakthroughs and emerge more advanced experimental methods.
