摘要
在ISA法铜电解工艺中广泛使用的圆盘浇铸机是火法精炼至电解车间的关键工艺设备之一,是我国通过自主研发和借鉴国外先进的技术,同时在铸造设备工艺方面也取得了显著成绩,其中定量浇铸技术发展尤为显著。本文介绍了铜冶炼工艺环节中的阳极板圆盘定量浇铸控制系统,通过分析研究控制对象的特点,提出一种基于模糊PID算法的圆盘定量浇铸控制工艺,并通过实验数据分析,证明该控制算法的控制效果较于传统的PID控制算法速度快且精度高。
