矿山现场混装乳化炸药中一体化油相应用研究

摘要 乳化炸药的应用在我国发展历史较短,随着近年来工业化步伐的持续深入,乳化炸药在各个领域的应用也日益广泛。但是,由于乳化炸药生产工艺过程复杂、产品质量难以控制等原因,导致了大量新型爆燃剂的开发和应用都受到了不同程度的限制。而混炼技术作为一种新兴爆炸技术,它以性能优良、安全可靠且经济效益高并且能够有效降低成本费用而被广泛应用于各类工业生产中,但由于乳化胶体类型多样,导致在其使用过程中会出现各种问题。因此,本文将针对现场混装乳化炸药中一体化油相应用这一课题进行深入研究。 The application of emulsion explosives in China has a short history of development.With the continuous deepening of industrialization in recent years,emulsion explosives are increasingly widely used in various fields.However,due to the complexity of emulsion explosive production process and the difficulty in controlling the product quality,the development and application of a large number of new detonation agents have been restricted to varying degrees.As a new explosion technology,mixing technology is widely used in various industrial production for its excellent performance,safety and reliability,high economic benefits and effective cost reduction.However,due to the variety of emulsified colloid types,various problems will occur in its use.Therefore,this paper will conduct in-depth research on the subject of integrated oil phase application in on-site mixed loading emulsion explosives.
