自控仪表系统的防干扰策略

摘要 自控仪表系统在现代工业生产中比较常见,该系统的应用对于提升工业生产的自动化智能化水平具有十分重要的作用。但是其工作环境较为复杂,在工作过程中受干扰的因素较多,而其工作的准确率对于自动化控制系统的工作效果有直接的联系,因此在自控仪表系统的安装过程中,需要重视其抗干扰处理。文章对自控仪表系统的干扰类型以及产生原因进行研究,并在此基础上对常用的自控仪表系统抗干扰策略进行梳理,将其应用在自控仪表系统中,以提升自控仪表系统的工作效率和工作水平。 The automatic control instrument system is relatively common in modern industrial production.The application of this system has a very important impact on improving the automation and intelligence level of industrial production.However,its working environment is more complex,and there are many factors that interfere in the working process,and the accuracy of its work is directly related to the working effect of the automatic control system.Therefore,in the installation process of the automatic control instrument system,it is necessary to pay attention to its Anti-interference processing.This time,through the research on the interference types and causes of the automatic control instrument system,and on this basis,the commonly used anti-interference strategies of the automatic control instrument system are sorted out and applied in the automatic control instrument system to improve the work efficiency of the automatic control instrument system.and work level.
