摘要
485通信技术,是一种支持多节点的串行总线通信,采用双绞电缆,网络拓扑一般采用终端匹配的总线型结构,不支持环形或星形网络[1]。注射器泵是一种实现对医用药液的抽取及注射的精密医疗器械。文章主要介绍485通信多注射器泵精密控制在医药产线上的应用。通过三菱PLC的485通信,与多个注射器泵组建立总线控制,实现泵的精密及灵活的滴液控制方式。
485 communication is a kind of serial bus communication that supports multi-node.It adopts twisted-pair cable.The network topology generally adopts bus structure with terminal matching,but does not support ring or star network.Syringe pump is a kind of precise medical instrument which can extract and inject medical liquid medicine.This paper mainly introduces how to apply multi-syringe pump in pharmaceutical production line.Through the 485 communication of Mitsubishi PLC and the bus control of multiple syringe pumps,the precise and flexible drip control mode of the pump is realized.
