近十几年来,我国线材生产有了较快发展,但就其质量而言,仍滞后于国外发达国家。究其原因,主要是由于我国的线材生产技术落后所致。因此,加大技术研发力度势在必行。高速线材作为一种新型线材品种,具有较高的性价比和良好的使用性能,是线材未来的发展方向之一。要实现高速线材生产目标,必须提高其产品质量。文章首先介绍了我国在高速线材方面所取得的成就和发展趋势以及目前国内高速线材生产技术现状,还对高速线材出现的质量问题进行了分析,提出了线材生产的相应改进措施。
