摘要
传统工业控制系统的信号传输以硬接线方式为主,但这种接线方式随着工厂规模的不断扩大,面临着信号传输效率低、电缆敷设成本高、机柜室土建造价贵等问题。工业光总线智能I/O技术是工业控制领域一项较为前沿的技术,该技术采用光纤替代了传统的铜芯电缆硬接线,能很好地解决上述传统接线方式面临的问题。文章把此前沿技术应用到精炼糖厂的控制系统设计中,并与传统设计方式进行对比分析,尝试为精炼糖厂控制系统设计提供一种新的思路。
The signal transmission of traditional industrial control system is mainly based on hard wiring.Along with the expansion of the factory scale,the traditional wiring method meets with some problems such as low signal transmission efficiency,high cable laying cost,expensive civil construction of cabinet room,etc.Industrial optical bus intelligent I/O technology is a relatively advanced technology in the field of industrial control.This technology uses optical fiber to replace the copper core cable,and can well solve the problems faced by the traditional wiring methods.This paper applies this technology to the control system design in sugar refinery,and makes a comparative analysis with the traditional design,trying to provide a new idea for the control system design of sugar refinery.
