摘要
对低压汞灯、脉冲氙灯、222nm准分子灯3种紫外线杀菌方式及其杀菌原理进行介绍。然后对222nm紫外线杀菌技术的研究现状和实际应用进行分析,阐明生活中安全紫外消毒的可行性,最后对222nm紫外线杀菌技术的发展做出展望。
Three different ultraviolet sterilization techniques,the low pressure mercury lamp,the pulsed xenon lamp,and the 222 nm excimer lamp,as well as their underlying sterilization concepts are discussed in this paper.The viability of safe UV disinfection in daily life is then clarified by an analysis of the research status and practical use of 222 nm ultraviolet disinfection technology.Finally,222 nm ultraviolet disinfection technology advancement is anticipated.
