LED植保照明灯具设计

摘要 对LED植保照明灯具的诱虫灭杀原理进行分析,围绕昆虫趋光性和植保照明生态保护进行证据链汇总,从而为LED植保照明灯具的设计提供充分的理论依据。产品设计围绕光谱设计、灯具设计、光分布设计、混光调控系统等几个方面进行。将所开发的两种光谱方案的LED植保灯具用于植物生长进行效果跟踪,结果表明,与对照组相比显著降低了害虫残存量,为植保照明应用的产业化提供了参考价值。 This study analyzes the principle of insect trapping and killing of LED plant protection lighting lamps,and summarizes the evidence chain around the phototaxis of insects and the spatial light distribution of lamps,so as to provide sufficient theoretical basis for the design of LED plant protection lighting lamps.The design of lamps focuses on spectrum design,lamp design,light distribution design,intelligent control system and other aspects.The experiment shows that the LED plant protection lamps with different spectral schemes developed in this paper can significantly reduce the pest residues when used for plant growth.It provides a reference value for the development of plant protection lighting application field.
