Research on the Talent Cultivation of Sports Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the New Era from the Perspective of Talent Powering Strategy

体育产业创新创业人才将为体育产业高质量发展注入新的活力和强劲动能。探讨了新时代人才强国战略与体育产业创新创业人才培养的现实要求、制约因素、创新机制、优化路径。研究发现,人才培养制约因素主要包括理念滞后、结构失衡、效率低下、融合困境等,从协同学理论剖析了人才培养的协同要素、系统优化、保障机制。提出了加强顶层设计、实施培养计划、构建“政、产、学、研”一体化协同培养体系、优化培养结构等人才培养创新的优化路径。

Sports industry innovation and entrepreneurship talents can injects strong momentum into high-quality development of sports industry. This paper discusses the practical demands, restricting factors, innovative mechanism and optimizing approaches on the talent cultivation of sports industry innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era from the perspective of the Talent Powering Strategy. The study finds that the constraints of talent training mainly include the lag of ideas, structural imbalance, low efficiency, integration dilemma, etc. From the synergetic theory, it analyzes the synergetic elements, system optimization, and security mechanism of talent training. Finally, the paper puts forward the optimizing approaches: strengthening the top-level design, implementing the training projects, building an integrative training system of “the government, the industry, colleges and research institutes”, and optimizing the sports industry innovation and entrepreneurship talents training system.
