摘要
“新课标”背景下学校体育应充分发挥体质健康促进的主导作用、枢纽作用、保障作用。然而,受多方面因素影响,“新课标”的落实存在着育人要求提高凸显教师能力欠缺、体系不匹配影响“新课标”落实进程、教育资源不足影响参与效果、“家、校、社”联动缺失造成育人脱节等问题。提出主要的应对策略:拓展教师成长空间,明确体育教师权责;提升学校体育体系与“新课标”匹配度,强化制度供给;盘活体育资源,建立学校体育联盟;完善协同体育系统,实现“家-校-社”多元联动。
Under the background of “new curriculum standard”, school physical education should give full play to the leading role, hub role and safeguard role of physical health promotion. However, influenced by many factors, the implementation of the “new curriculum standard” still faces challenges: the improvement of education requirements highlights the problem of teachers’ ability, the mismatch of the system affects the implementation process of the “new curriculum standard”, the lack of educational resources will affect the effect of participation, and the lack of linkage between “family, school and society” will cause the disconnection of education and other problems. Therefore, The paper puts forward the main coping strategies: expanding the growth space of teachers and clarifying the rights and responsibilities of PE teachers;improving the school physical education system and “new curriculum standard” matching degree, and strengthening the system supply;invigorating sports resources and establishing school sports league;improving the coordinated sports system and realizing multiple linkage between “home, school and community”.
