五年磨一剑,亿咖通科技登陆纳斯达克。这一剑指“汽车大脑”的“独角兽”并非2022年度李书福的第一个IPO。当地时间2022年12月21日9时30分,一声钟鸣,亿咖通科技正式登陆纳斯达克,李书福资本帝国再添新军。当天,湖北亿咖通科技有限公司宣布已与美国特殊目的收购公司Cova Acquisition Corp.完成合并。合并后,公司仍将保留“亿咖通科技”的名称。
