西藏亚东鲑鱼产业发展现状及对策建议

Development status and countermeasures of Salmo trutta fario industry in Tibet Autonomous Region

发展亚东鲑鱼特色产业有利于西藏自治区亚东县乡村振兴,对丰富边疆地区“菜篮子”工程具有重要意义,同时也有利于亚东县经济发展、生态和谐和社会稳定。2020年以来,中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所针对亚东县亚东鲑鱼产业进行了科技援藏,在苗种繁育、健康养殖、病害防控和饲料策略等方面进行了技术支持,极大地促进了亚东鲑鱼产业的发展。本文通过梳理西藏亚东鲑鱼产业现状、存在的问题,提出了针对性的对策建议:实施规模化生产,降低产业成本;提高亚东鲑鱼产业设施设备的使用效率;开展良种选育,建设亚东鲑鱼原良种场;增强产业中观主体管理者的管理意识;强化科技投入,加强产学研合作;进行产业升级,进一步提高产业的附加值以及丰富边疆地区亚东鲑鱼特色产业扶持政策等,以期更好地促进西藏亚东鲑鱼产业健康和可持续发展。

The development of Salmo trutta fario industry is conducive to the rural revitalization of Yadong County,is of great significance to enrich the"vegetable basket"project in the border area,and is also conducive to the economic development,ecological harmony and social stability of Yadong County.Since 2020,Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences has provided scientific and technological assistance to Yadong County,providing technical support in seedling breeding,healthy breeding,disease control and feed strategy,which has greatly promoted the development of the salmon industry in Yadong County.Through sorting out the status and existing problems of the salmon industry in Yadong County,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions as follows.Implementing large-scale production to reduce the industry cost.Improving the use efficiency of facilities and equipment in the Yadong salmon industry.Carrying out breeding of improved varieties and building Yadong salmon original seed farm.Strengthening the management consciousness of the main managers in the industry.Strengthening inputs in science and technology,strengthening cooperation among enterprises,universities and research institutes.Upgrading the industry,improving the added value of the industry furtherly and enriching the supporting policies for the special industry of Yadong salmon in the border areas,which can better promote the healthy and sustainable development of the salmon industry in Yadong,Tibet Autonomous Region.
