siRNA疗法在肺癌治疗中的研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress of siRNA therapy in lung cancer treatment

摘要 肺癌是全球发病率最高的癌症之一,其中约80%患者为非小细胞肺癌,生存率较低,寻找新的治疗方案刻不容缓。小干扰RNA(siRNA)药物具有较强肿瘤特异靶向性,可精准通过干扰基因表达抑制癌症的生长与进程,被认为是一种极具潜力且高效的肺癌治疗方案。本文通过深入了解siRNA疗法在非小细胞肺癌中的研究进展和不同基因靶点选择用于肺癌治疗的作用机制,并探讨目前siRNA药物的递送策略,以期推动siRNA疗法用于肺癌的临床转化。 Lung cancer is one of the most common tumor in the world,and around 80%of the patients suffer from non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)with a low survival rate.Therefore,it is urgent to find new treatment schemes.siRNA therapy has strong tumor specific targeting and can accurately inhibit the growth and process of cancer by interfering gene expression,which is considered as a potential and efficient treatment plan for NSCLC.This paper not only summarizes the research progress of siRNA therapy and describes the mechanism of different gene target selections for lung cancer treatment,but also discusses the current delivery strategy of siRNA therapy,with a view to promoting the clinical transformation of siRNA therapy for lung cancer.
