摘要
现代教育理念是新时代高校教学督导工作改革创新遵循的原则,是更好实现教学督导目标的根本。教学督导工作要适应教育教学改革发展需要,必须确立督导工作的新思维,积极探索督导工作的新格局。以现代教育理念为指导,立足于海南师范大学近五年本科教学督导工作新思维、督导组织新结构、督导工作新模式、督导工作新机制等方面的探索实践,探讨如何提高高校本科教学督导质量,以期助力提升高校本科教学和人才培养质量。
The modern educational concept is the principle followed in the reform and innovation of the teaching supervision work in colleges and universities in the new era, and is the basis for better realizing the goal of teaching supervision. In order to adapt to the needs of educational reform and development, teaching supervision must establish the new thinking of supervision and actively explore its new patterns. This paper, guided by the modern educational concept and based on the exploration and practice of the new thinking, structure, mode and mechanism of undergraduate teaching supervision in Hainan Normal University in the recent five years, discusses how to better the quality of undergraduate teaching supervision in colleges and universities with a view to improving the quality of undergraduate teaching and talent training in colleges and universities.
