间充质干细胞上清液联合微波治疗仪对剖宫产后切口愈合的促进作用及影响

Promoting effect and influence of mesenchymal stem cell supernatant combined with microwave therapy instrument on incision healing after cesarean section

目的讨论间充质干细胞上清液联合微波治疗仪对剖宫产后切口愈合的促进作用及影响。方法选取2018年1月—2021年1月在沈阳市妇婴医院接受剖宫产的100例产妇作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组(50例)和联合组(50例)。两组先给予常规治疗,对照组在进行常规治疗后采用微波治疗仪对切口进行治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上采用间充质干细胞上清液对创面喷涂,两组均连续治疗3个疗程。统计两组治疗前后C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及治疗后创面新鲜时间、切口愈合时间、并发症及切口疼痛、愈合程度,评估治疗效果。结果联合组创面新鲜时间、切口愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平低于两组治疗前,联合组治疗后CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。联合组切口疼痛0级疼痛、切口愈合程度明显高于对照组,Ⅲ级疼痛明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论间充质干细胞上清液联合微波治疗仪能加快剖宫产后切口愈合,改善CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平,降低并发症发生率,缩短愈合时间,提高愈合程度,促进剖宫产患者康复。

Objective The effects and effects of mesenchymal stem cell serum combined with microwave therapy on incision healing after cesarean section were discussed.Methods With 100 women receiving cesarean section in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021,the lottery method was divided into 50 cases in the control group,and 50 cases in the two groups were given routine treatment first.The control group used the microwave treatment instrument to spray the wound on the basis of the control group treatment for 3 consecutive sessions.C-reactive protein(CRP),interin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)level and wound freshness time,incision healing time,complications and incision pain,and evaluated the treatment effect.Results The fresh time of wound surface and the time of incision healing in the combined group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Post-treatment CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were lower than those before the two groups,and CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Combined group incision pain,grade 0 pain and incision healing degree were significantly higher than the control group,and grade pain was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mesenchymal stem cell serum combined with microwave therapy instrument can accelerate the incision healing after cesarean section,improve the CRP,IL-6,TNF-αlevel,reduce the complications,shorten the healing time,improve the healing degree,and promote the recovery of patients with cesarean section.
