Rural Cultural Revitalization:Realistic Difficulties and Path Building

乡村文化振兴作为乡村建设工作的价值引领和动力源泉,与乡村振兴战略的五个总要求融合会通,具有多维度耦合性。新世纪以来,现代性因素在给我国乡村带来发展机遇的同时,也使社会城乡二元结构发生了由政治到经济再到文化的实质性变化,乡村文化振兴主体、客体、载体等方面困境凸显。当前推进乡村文化振兴,要坚持增强乡村文化普惠性的原则导向,以“乡韵”铸魂,为“乡兴”聚力,为“乡愁”塑形,从而激活乡村文化,消解农民精神贫困,以文化振兴引导乡村全面振兴。

As the value guide and dynamic source of rural construction,rural cultural revitalization is integrated with the five general requirements of rural revitalization strategy,with multi-dimensional coupling.Since the beginning of the new century,the factors of modernity have not only brought opportunities for the development of rural areas in China,but also made the urban-rural dual structure of society progress substantially from politics to economy and then to culture.The difficulties in the subject,object and carrier of rural cultural revitalization have become prominent.At present,to promote the rural cultural revitalization,we should adhere to the principle of enhancing the inclusiveness of rural culture,forge the soul with“rural charm”,gather strength for“rural prosperity”and shape“cultural roots”,so as to activate rural culture,eliminate the cultural impoverishment of farmers,and guide the all-round revitalization of rural areas with cultural revitalization.
