铁路大直径盾构折旧费及检修费合理确定的探讨

摘要 铁路大直径盾构隧道中盾构折旧费与检修费占盾构隧道总投资比重大,本文通过五种工况建模分析了按掘进总长度、按主轴工作时间及按定额台班消耗量计算大直径盾构折旧费及检修费的差异及不足。结合大直径盾构机械的特殊性,提出采用双倍余额递减法计列折旧费及检修费,并通过新购盾构及利旧盾构方案检验了双倍余额递减法的合理可行性。 In railway large-diameter shield tunnels, the shield depreciation and maintenance costs account for a large proportion of the total investment of the shield tunnel. This paper analyzes the differences and deficiencies in calculating the depreciation and maintenance costs of large-diameter shield tunneling according to the total length of tunneling, the working time of the main shaft and the consumption of the rated machine shift through five working conditions modeling. Considering the particularity of large-diameter shield machines, the double-declining balance method is proposed to calculate depreciation and maintenance costs, and the reasonable feasibility of the doubledeclining balance method is verified through the new purchase of shield machines and the use of old shield machines.
