摘要
针对烟草专卖商业系统闲置租赁场所安全管理存在的问题,分析目前场所中风险主要因素,结合现场调研和历史数据分析,构建了11个单项、47个子项的评估体系,并提出了评估结果的应用场景,为烟草专卖商业系统闲置租赁场所的管理提供安全保障。
In view of the problems existing in the safety management of the idle rental places in the tobacco monopoly commercial system, the main risk factors in the current places are analyzed, and the evaluation system of 11 individual items and 47 sub-items is constructed based on the field survey and historical data analysis, and the application scenarios of the evaluation results are proposed to provide safety guarantee for the management of the idle rental places in the tobacco monopoly commercial system.
