Application of QC Activity in Controlling the Budget Cost of Nuclear Island Concrete Engineering

借鉴QC小组的活动模式,将PDCA循环和科学的统计工具应用于控制核电站核岛厂房混凝土工程预算造价的工作中,切实有效地解决土建工程施工造价控制过程中的实际问题,并在后续工作中加以实践,科学有效地提升造价控制管理水平。

Using QC activity methodology, the PDCA cycle and scientific statistical tools are applied to the nuclear island concrete engineering projects in nuclear power plants(NPPs) in order to solve the practical problems in the process of civil engineering construction cost control, and practice in the follow-up work to scientifically and effectively improve the cost control management level.
