砂土互层盾构小半径磨削田头河改迁围护桩关键施工技术

摘要 为解决盾构在砂土互层中小半径磨削田头河改迁围护桩的施工难题,以深圳地铁16号线田头站~田心站区间盾构磨削田头河改迁工程围护桩施工为例,通过采取围护桩前方旋喷加固,优化刀具配置和螺旋机叶片,磨桩前主动查刀,中盾注厚浆,严控掘进参数等措施,形成盾构磨桩控制技术,保证盾构安全穿越田头河,有效解决了砂土互层盾构小半径磨桩的相关问题。 In order to solve the construction problem of shield grinding the Tiantouhe River transformation pile in the middle and small radius of sand-soil interlayer, taking the construction of shield grinding the Tiantouhe River transformation pile in the section from Tiantou Station to Tianxin Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 16 as an example, measures such as rotary jet reinforcement in front of the envelope pile,optimization of tool configuration and screw blade, active tool check before grinding pile, thick grouting of the middle shield and strict control of driving parameters were taken. The control technology of shield grinding pile is formed to ensure the safe passage of shield through the Tiantou River, and to effectively solve the problems related to the small radius grinding pile of sand and soil interlayer shield.
