摘要 安全注入系统是核电厂非常重要的专设安全设施之一,其设计需要满足事故分析的要求,即事故工况下注入堆芯的硼水流量应能够保证不同事故工况下堆芯的安全。本文以国内某新堆型为例详细介绍了安注系统的一种设计流程,给出了安注系统配置方案和设备的初步选型结果,分析了系统设计中注入点间流量不平衡量的计算及确定方法。最终依据上述条件分别计算了考虑和不考虑注入点间流量不平衡时的安注流量,并根据计算安注流量得出了安注系统流量调试验收准则。 The safety injection system is one of the most important special safety facilities in nuclear power plants. Its design needs to meet the requirements of accident analysis, that is, the boron water flow injected into the core under accident conditions should be able to ensure the safety of the core under different accident conditions. Taking a new reactor type in China as an example, this paper introduces a design process of the safety injection system in detail, gives the configuration scheme of the safety injection system and the preliminary selection results of the equipment, and analyzes the calculation and determination method of the flow imbalance between injection points in the system design. Finally, the safety injection flow with and without the flow imbalance between injection points is calculated according to the above conditions. According to the calculation of safety injection flow, the acceptance criteria of safety injection system flow commissioning are obtained.
