T泵站T2#机泵机组改造成软启动系统和T4#机泵机组改造成变频控制系统后的运行工况分析。T4#变频改造后,机泵的调速范围变大,水泵额定流量变大,增强了水量调节的灵活性,调高了机泵性能利用率,优化了工况运行选择性。
The operation condition analysis of T pump station T2#pump unit transformed into soft start system and T4#pump unit transformed into variable frequency control system. After the T4#frequency conversion transformation, the speed regulation range of the machine and pump becomes larger, and the rated flow of the water pump becomes larger, which enhances the flexibility of water volume regulation, improves the performance utilization of the machine and pump, and optimizes the operating selectivity under working conditions.
