摘要
《2016~2020建筑业信息化发展纲要》明确提出全面提高建筑业信息化水平,BIM项目是地区建筑信息化水平的体现,为测度区域BIM项目水平,更有针对性地推动区域BIM技术的发展。本文采用层次分析法构建区域BIM典型项目水平评价模型,采用数理统计与ArcGIS结合的方法进行项目水平的时空演化分析得出如下结论:(1)2011-2021年区域BIM典型项目水平在波动过程中提高。(2)BIM典型项目水平的地区分布呈现东南高西北低的变化趋势。
The 2016-2020 Construction Industry Informatization Development Outline clearly puts forward to comprehensively improve the informatization level of the construction industryl. The BIM project is the embodiment of the regional construction informatization level.In order to measure the level of regional BIM projects, it is more targeted to promote the development of regional BIM Technology. This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to build the evaluation model of regional BIM typical project level, and uses the method of combining mathematical statistics and ArcGIS to analyze the spatio-temporal evolution of the project level, and draws the following conclusions:(1) the level of regional BIM typical projects increased in the process of fluctuation from 2011 to 2021.(2) The regional distribution of BIM typical project level shows a change trend of high in the southeast and low in the northwest.
