摘要
动车组塞拉门是乘客进出车辆的通道,是车辆使用最频繁的部件,也是故障率很高的部件,当塞拉门发生偶发性故障时,故障排查难度大。通过开展塞拉门系统PHM技术研究,可以对塞拉门状态进行提前诊断,减少显性故障,提高车门的可靠性,进行预防性维修,降低维护成本。文章分析了塞拉门典型故障,对塞拉门故障进行了PHM建模,介绍了塞拉门预警案例。
The plug door of EMU is the passage for passengers to enter and exit the vehicle, which is the most frequently used component of the vehicle and has a high failure rate. When the plug door fails occasionally, it is difficult to troubleshoot. Through the research on PHM technology of plug door system, we can carry out diagnosis in advance for plug door status, reduce explicit faults, improve the reliability of doors, carry out preventive maintenance and reduce maintenance costs. This paper analyzes the typical failures of the plug door, establishes a PHM model for the failure of the plug door, and introduces an early warning case of the plug door.
