摘要 基于RFID技术设计了一种应用于铁路货车关键零部件的全生命周期管理系统,该系统对关键零部件的生产、仓储、装配、运营、维护、报废等全生命周期进行监测、管理,通过搭建关键零部件全生命周期追溯平台,实现关键零部件全生命周期的跟踪闭环管理。文章主要介绍了基于RFID技术的铁路货车关键零部件全生命周期管理系统的技术特点、系统组成、总体设计和工作流程。基于RFID技术的铁路货车关键零部件全生命周期管理系统,不仅提升了铁路货车关键零部件状态信息查询与追溯的快速性与精准性,还减少了铁路货车关键零部件在生产、组装等环节因人工采集数据而产生的数据遗漏或错误。 A life-cycle management system for key components of railway freight car is designed on the basis of the RFID technology. The system monitors and manages the life-cycle of key components, such as production, storage, assembly, operation, maintenance and abandon, etc. The technical characteristics, system consisting, overall design and work flow of the life-cycle management system for key components of railway freight cars are mainly described. By building the life-cycle tracing platform of key parts, the tracking closed-loop management of the life-cycle of key parts is realized. This system improves the rapidity and accuracy of status information query and tracing of key components of railway freight cars, reduces the data miss or error caused by manual data collection of key components of railway freight car in the production and assembly processes.
