西安市高新区CBD商业区夏季热环境测试研究

Study on Summer Thermal Environment Test in CBD Commercial Area of Xi’an High-Tech Zone

摘要 随着城市化进程的加快,城市环境恶化现象也日益加剧,CBD商业区由于具备人流聚集、高强度建设特征,热环境情况十分复杂。本研究选择高新区CBD内的锦业时代区域作为测试对象,并在其中分别选取街道空间、广场空间和建筑空间这3种典型城市空间共布置6个测点进行夏季热环境实地测试。通过测试数据分析研究不同空间类型及其下垫面材质、建筑形式等空间构成要素对CBD商业区热环境的影响,得到测试期间平均空气温度最低、平均相对湿度最高的空间类型,以及下垫面材质和建筑形式分别为广场空间、草地和建筑开阔布置形式,为CBD商业区的热环境优化提供一定程度上的参考。 With the accelerated urbanization, urban environmental degradation has been intensifying, and the thermal environment of CBD is very complicated due to the characteristics of crowd gathering and high-intensity construction. This paper selected Jinye Era area in the CBD of the high-tech zone as the test object, and selected three typical urban spaces, namely street space, square space, and building space, to set up a total of six measurement points for the summer thermal environment field test. Through the analysis on test data, the influence of different space types and their substrate materials, building forms, and other spatial components on the thermal environment of the CBD commercial area is studied.The space types, substrate materials, and building forms with the lowest average air temperature and highest average relative humidity during the test period are square space, grass, and building open arrangement respectively, which provides a certain degree of reference for the optimization of the thermal environment in CBD commercial area.
