摘要
本文总结了高校工业遗存的发展历程和现状,在绿色建筑理念下,以兰州理工大学旧锅炉房再利用设计为例,结合地区气候特征,借助PKPM绿建节能软件,模拟分析现状室外风热环境和室内自然通风、天然采光及建筑节能等物理性能,针对存在的问题进行设计改进和优化,并模拟分析验证,让消极空间转变为健康、适用、舒适、节能的绿色高效空间,最后提出绿色建筑理念下高校工业遗存再利用的设计策略。
The paper summarizes the development process and current situation of industrial relics in colleges and universities.Under the concept of green building, it takes the reuse design of old boiler room of Lanzhou University of technology as an example.Combined with regional climate characteristics, the paper simulates and analyzes the physical performance of current outdoor air,thermal environment, indoor natural ventilation, natural daylighting,building energy conservation and other physical properties with the help of PKPM green building energy-saving software, improves and optimizes the design according to the existing problems, and then simulates, analyzes and verifies, so that the negative space can be transformed into a healthy, applicable, comfortable and energysaving green and efficient space. Finally, it puts forward the design strategy for the reuse of industrial relics in colleges and universities under the concept of green building.
