新型城镇化背景下的社区建设时代要义——基于社区概念和空间组织形式演变探析

The Essence of Community Construction in the Context of New Urbanization: Exploration on the Evolution of Community Concept and Spatial Organization Form

伴随着我国城镇化建设进入新时期,社区也逐渐在城市规划和管理中成为重要尺度和关键抓手。文章以社会、村庄、单位、财产四个参照点来分析社区内涵和空间形态,在此基础上研究社区空间组织和社会结构的关系,探寻其在时间维度上的演变规律,由此提出邻里构建和社区认同、共治共享和社会公平、韧性城市和环境友好、健康战略和养老服务四个方面是未来社区建设的关键议题。

As China’s urbanization construction enters a new era,communities have gradually become an important measure and a key point in the urban planning and management. This paper analyzes the connotation and spatial form of the community with four reference points of the society, village, unit and property. On this basis, it studies the relationship between community spatial organization and social structure, and explores its evolution law in the time dimension. Therefore, it proposes that neighborhood construction and community identity, co-governance and sharing and social equity, resilient city and environmental friendliness, health strategy and elderly care service are the key issues for the future community construction.
