基于环境融合的住区品质营造策略研究——以曹县隆悦·龙熙湾项目为例

Study on the Strategy of Building Residential Quality Based on Environmental Integration: A Case of Longyue Longxiwan Project in Cao County

随着住宅的大量建设,以及人们对美好生活的追求,对于住宅的需求不再仅仅停留在量的扩张,而更多地关注质的提高。高层住宅拥有节约土地、高容积率、视野开阔等优点,但也存在着诸多自然景观利用不足、遮挡城市街道阳光、居住品质不佳、邻里关系淡漠、空间压抑、日照不足等问题,导致新建设的住区失去了活力,产生了诸多矛盾。文章针对当前问题,基于住区与自然环境、城市环境相融合的设计理念,以曹县隆悦·龙熙湾项目为研究对象,尝试从空间布局、交通环境、景观系统、公共空间、居家空间五个层面进行住区品质营造策略的研究,以期探索与城市和谐共生的舒适品质住区。

With the massive construction of residential buildings and people’s pursuit of a better life, people’s demand for residential buildings no longer only stays in the expansion of number, but pays more attention to the improvement of quality. Although the high-rise buildings have the advantages of saving land, high volume ratio, and broad vision,etc., they also have many problems, such as insufficient utilization of natural landscape, blocking the sunshine of urban streets, poor living quality, indifferent neighborhood relations, space depression, insufficient sunshine, and so on, resulting in the loss of vitality of the newly built residential area and many contradictions. Aiming at the current problems, the design concept based on the integration of residential area,natural environment, and urban environment is put forward. Taking Longyue Longxiwan project in Cao County as the research object, this paper attempts to study the strategy of building residential quality from five aspects of spatial layout, traffic environment, landscape system,public space, and home space, so as to explore a comfortable qualified residential area in harmony with the city.
