宁波—舟山全球海洋中心城市规划建设路径研究

On the Urban Planning and Construction Path of Ningbo-Zhoushan Global Ocean Center

在国家大力推进建设海洋强国战略的背景下,经略海洋既是促进经济发展的先机,也是提升浙江经济的新突破口。本文在综述国内外全球海洋中心城市发展研究基础上,综合分析宁波—舟山全球海洋中心城市规划建设可行性因素和存在问题,提出建设宁波—舟山全球海洋中心城市的对策,即优化海洋产业体系、提高海洋创新科技能力、促进两市资源共享和优势互补等建议,从而引领浙江海洋经济发展。

Under the strategic background of giving great impetus to the construction of enhancing the national power by developing the sea and ocean, managing the ocean is not only an opportunity to promote economic development, but also a new breakthrough to promote Zhejiang’s economy. On the basis of overviewing the development of global central cities both home and abroad, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of feasible factors and extant problems faced by the urban planning and construction of Ningbo-Zhoushan Global Marine Center, thus advancing the countermeasures to build Ningbo-Zhoushan Global Central City by optimizing marine industrial system, raising marine innovative scientific and technological capacity and promoting the whole city’s resource sharing and complementing each other’s advantages, and what not, so as to lead the development of marine economy in Zhejiang.
