基于FX5U PLC和工业互联网变频调速远程监控系统设计

摘要 针对传统变频调速系统无法远程监控,发生故障报警不能实时提醒、及时处理的缺点,设计了工业互联网变频调速远程监控系统。系统选用三菱FX5UPLC通过ModbusRTU方式实现与三菱E740变频器本地通讯传输数据,本地部署驿唐工业联网宝网关并设置相应网络参数,PLC与三菱GS2107触摸屏以太网端口连接网关组成局域网,实现本地调试监控和人机交互功能。远程监控功能使用iGateCfg工程配置软件设置云平台连接设备的品牌型号、通讯方式、IP地址和通讯端口,编辑采集数据的变量名称、地址和数据类型,上传驿唐工业互联网云平台;WEB页登录云平台进行项目配置和云组态设计,实现设备监控、数据监控、报警监控等功能。通过搭建实验平台,设计并实现了电脑端WEB页和移动端App远程监控功能,故障报警实时短信提醒,提高了系统的稳定性,减少了运维成本。此外,使用驿唐科技的网口通软件,设置虚拟网口IP地址,可实现PLC控制程序的远程更新下载和运行调试。 Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional frequency conversion speed regulation system,which can not monitor and control remotely,and can not timely remind and deal with fault alarm,a frequency conversion speed regulation remote monitoring system for Industrial Internet was designed.The system adopted Mitsubishi FX5U PLC to realize the local communication and transmission of data with Mitsubishi E740inverter through Modbus RTU mode,PLC and Mitsubishi GS2107 touch screen Ethernet port connect to form a local area network,to achieve local debugging and monitoring and human-computer interaction functions.The remote monitoring function used the iGateCfg project configuration software to set the brand model,communication mode,IP address and communication port of the cloud platform connection device,edited the variable name,address and data type of the collected data,and upload them to the Yitang Industrial Internet Cloud Platform.On the WEB page,log ined to the cloud platform for project configuration and cloud configuration design,and realized equipment monitoring,data monitoring,alarm monitoring and other functions.By building the experimental platform,the remote monitoring function of the computer side WEB page and mobile side App,and real-time SMS alert for fault alarm were designed and realized,which improved the stability of the system and reduced the operation and maintenance costs.In addition,the remote updating,downloading,running and debugging of PLC control program could be realized by using the Internet port communication software of Yitang Technology and setting the virtual Internet port IP address.
