摘要
环氧树脂绝缘干式变压器具有绝缘性强、重量轻、能耗低的特点,应用范围十分广泛。优化此类变压器的设计制造流程对于提高生产效率和设备稳定具有重大意义。基于电磁理论、热力学、工程力学等知识,对环氧树脂绝缘干式变压器的铁心、线圈、损耗、温升、重量等相关电磁参数、结构参数以及性能参数进行了计算。采用理论计算结果和结构设计相结合的方式,通过AutoCAD软件绘制变压器的主要图样,设计型号为SCB10-1600/10的干式变压器。在保证产品质量的前提下,进行了参数指标的对比。结果表明:该方案符合国家标准,验证了本文方案的可行性,为同类型的环氧树脂绝缘干式变压器的电磁计算提供了设计参考。
Epoxy resin insulated dry-type transformer has the characteristics of strong insulation,light weight,low energy consumption,and is widely used.Optimizing the design and manufacturing process of such transformers is of great significance for improving production efficiency and equipment stability.Based on electromagnetic theory,thermodynamics,engineering mechanics and other knowledge,the core,coil,loss,temperature rise,weight and other relevant electromagnetic parameters,structural parameters and performance parameters of epoxy resin insulated dry-type transformer were calculated.With the combination of theoretical calculation results and structural design,the main drawings of the transformer were drawn through AutoCAD software,and the model of SCB10-1600/10 dry-type transformer was designed.On the premise of ensuring the product quality,the comparison of parameter indexes was carried out.The results show that the scheme conforms to the national standard,which verifies the feasibility of this scheme,and provides a design reference for the electromagnetic calculation of the same type of epoxy resin insulated dry-type transformer.
