基于MoTec的FSC赛车发动机台架标定

摘要 本文针对方程式赛车设计中出现的怠速不稳、进气稳压腔回火、排气放炮等问题,进行标定匹配试验。采用替换式MoTec ECU M84作为标定工具,先对发动机的传感器进行选择和匹配。自制符合要求的发动机台架,由南峰CW260型测功机测试发动机的功率。在恒温恒压下标定发动机的喷油脉宽和点火提前角MAP。试验后,发动机的动力性能有了明显的提升,并且得到了发动机的最大扭距和功率。 This paper aims at the problems of unstable idling, tempering of the intake plenum and exhaust blasting of racing car, perform calibration matching test. The replacement MoTec ECU M84 was chosen as the calibration tool. First select and match the sensors for engine. After self-made engine bench that meets the requirements, the power of the engine was tested by Nanfeng CW260 dynamometer. Calibration of fuel injection pulse width and ignition advance angle MAP of engine at constant temperature and constant pressure. After the test, the power performance of the engine has been significantly improved, and the maximum torque and power of the engine have been obtained.
