摘要
齿轮传动越来越多的运用于各类重要的精密设备上,因而它的强度分析的准确性越来越重要,传统的齿根弯曲应力、齿面接触应力计算方法比较繁琐,本文提出了一种利用软件仿真的方法,以ANSYS有限元软件为平台,基于齿轮啮合的重合度,在轮齿啮合最高点处添加载荷进行齿根弯曲应力分析;考虑到齿轮啮合重合度大于1小于2,分别建立单对齿啮合与两对齿啮合进行接触分析。最终,将有限元分析结果分别与传统分析结果进行对比。研究表明:在齿轮副的齿根弯曲强度与齿面接触强度计算方面,有限元计算结果比传统计算更为准确。本文分析方法及结果为齿轮强度分析及后续疲劳可靠性计算提供了有益的参考。
Gear transmission is more and more used in all kinds of important precision equipment, so the accuracy of its strength analysis is more and more important, the traditional calculation method of tooth root bending stress and tooth surface contact stress is complicated. A method using software simulation, using ANSYS finite element software as the platform, based on the coincidence degree of gear meshing, adding load at the highest point of gear meshing to analyze the tooth root bending stress;considering that the gear meshing coincidence degree is greater than 1 and less than 2, respectively A single pair of teeth meshing and two pairs of teeth meshing are established for contact analysis. Finally, the finite element analysis results are compared with the traditional analysis results respectively. The research shows that the finite element calculation results are more accurate than the traditional calculation in the calculation of the tooth root bending strength and the tooth surface contact strength of the gear pair. The analysis method and results in this paper provide a useful reference for gear strength analysis and subsequent fatigue reliability calculation.
